Arts and Humanities Data Service (AHDS) Case Studies on Digitization, funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Board.
The AHDS Case Studies currently number eighteen and more will be added. The case studies show the benefits and obstacles in the creation, delivery and preservation of digital resources. Some provide general introductions to digitization, while others explore particular issues in greater detail, such as funding, copyright, standards, metadata, preservation and delivery. A variety of AHDS-related projects are examined. Different subject areas in the arts and humanities are covered, and examples are drawn from small projects that are close to completion to large-scale programs that are still in the planning stage.
The case studies are located at <http://ahds.ac.uk/casestudies/casestudies.html>.
